The following are pages out of the Chamberlain Family Bible. My cousin - Lucy Alice (Little) Dunsmore, gave me copies of the family bible. After Lucy passed in 1987, this bible, letters, and many important family papers were put into a trunk, then put in a shed, which leaked from the weather, and the trunk was eventually thrown out.

1862. An Honest man, is better Soldier,
